CAT NANNY RULES

Customer must give information about their cat’s health and show the vaccine book. We will not accept sick cats. Your cat must have been treated for fleas in the last 30 days, treated for deworming in the last 60 days and has negative results for FIV/FeLV.
We will love and take good care of your cat, but we cannot guarantee health and life of your cat.
If the cat gets sick during cat-sitting period, we will inform the owner immediately and request owner to pick up for clinic check-up or owner can make a request for us to bring the cat to the clinic. If owner cannot be contacted, we will still bring the cat to the clinic. The clinic fee and transportation cost will be paid by the owner.
Customer must pick up their cat on time or before mealtime, otherwise additional fees will be charged. If your cat is not picked up within 3 days from check-out date, without notice from owner to extend, we will decide on what to do with the cat.
